Popkiln makes templates and small tools. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we never sell it.

This website

popkiln.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email

If you write to hello@popkiln.com, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and we keep them only as long as we need to help you.

Purchases on Gumroad

Our templates are sold through Gumroad, which handles checkout, payment and sales tax. Gumroad shares with us the details needed to deliver your order and support you, such as your name and email address. We use them only for that, and we only send you marketing email if you opt in. Gumroad's own handling of your data is covered by Gumroad's privacy policy.

Our Google integration

Popkiln uses a private Google app, "Popkiln Automation", to manage Popkiln's own files in Google Drive and Google Sheets. It is used only by Popkiln, with Popkiln's own Google account. It can access only the files it creates itself, it does not access anyone else's Google data, and nothing it handles is shared with or sold to anyone. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Templates you copy

When you make a copy of one of our Google Sheets templates, the copy belongs to you and lives in your own Google account. We cannot see it or the data you put in it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@popkiln.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
